"You Are What You Eat". OK, So I'm a Cow!
Except for my meat fetish (especially well-handled entrecote steaks), I see designing and making the food (i.e., "cooking") as a very creative thing to do. Even if the food is not eaten later, the whole making process is artistic in my eyes. I cook about once a week, and I especially love the Asian cuisine. I've also had some success with baking, but I don't love too many types of bread, so there's not much for me to develop there.
I really want to make the cooking community better. I'm currently working on a website which will entice cooking experts to share their knowledge with the rest of the world.
